How to Insert Multiple Frames on Multiple Layers at Once in Flash CS5

1) Click on a Normal Frame on the Timeline and
Drag it until you Select all the Area you want to Insert
(If all the Area will Result progressively Highlighted you
are Right... If are displacing only a Single Frame you need
to Re-Try Click & Drag)

2) Right Click on the Highlighted Area and Select "Insert Frame"

All the frames contained in Multiple Layers will be Displaced Together.
